A competitive cyclist needed to adjust his handlebar layout to a very precise height and angle in order to achieve optimal ergonomics and performance. No commercially available components offered the exact combination he required, making a fully custom solution essential.

Morin 3D worked one‑on‑one with the athlete to translate every measurement into a detailed 3D model. A series of prototypes were printed in carbon‑fiber–reinforced nylon (PA‑CF) with inset nuts, allowing real‑world rides to test and refine the fit. After iterative improvements confirmed the geometry, the final mount was precision‑machined from high‑strength Aluminum to deliver maximum rigidity and long‑term reliability.

The cyclist now rides with a bespoke handlebar setup engineered exactly to his body mechanics and competitive needs—performance and comfort unattainable from any off‑the‑shelf product.
